This plaque with the figure of a MAN inscribed within a circle shows us an image that takes us back to the AZTEC culture of the ancient Mexicans.
The design was taken from instruments known as "pintaderas," which were made of clay and used as a stamp for body decoration or to imprint reliefs on other clay pieces before firing.
This is a copper sheet relief reproduction, patinated by oxidation.
It has a removable cedar wood base so it can be placed on a table surface, etc. Without the base, it can be hung on a wall.
Reverse lined with natural leather.
