1. Are your works industrially machined or handmade?
Our works are original and handmade, with the creativity and direct effort of the authors and their team of talented and committed artisans.
2. Do you have a gallery where I can visit them?
We have local representatives where you can see the artwork, purchase it, or place orders for items not in stock there. We want to be closer to you, and that's why our brand representatives have exclusivity in their area, and we give them priority in fulfilling orders.
For wholesale orders with us directly at the factory, you must schedule an appointment so that a dedicated person can give you the best service.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time for in-stock products shipped by courier is 4 to 6 business days within standard delivery areas of Mexico. For custom or made-to-order projects, production and delivery times can typically take up to 6 weeks. This depends on the complexity of the project, and we will keep you informed upon receipt of the quote. Your product will be shipped the day after payment is received. If we need to, production will begin once the advance payment is received and all the details required to complete the order are received.
4. What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
We ship your products after performing exhaustive quality control. All of our artwork is perfectly packaged so you receive it in excellent condition. In the event of any missing or incorrect product, we will arrange for the missing item or replacement free of charge.
5. What warranty does my product(s) have?
Products may vary slightly from their images. The product images on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the color of the product. Your product may vary slightly from these images. The buyer accepts that reasonable variations may occur. We guarantee the quality of the product from the moment of delivery and inspection. We must be notified of any damage or if the product does not conform to your order. For complaints of non-conformity, a report and photographic evidence are required. These must be sent to us by email as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery and in any case within 24 hours. The product may react to weather conditions, and we also provide care instructions. The customer agrees to release the seller from liability for weather and similar effects on the product.
