REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 20-calendar-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt of your shipment if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund if the size, quantity, metals, and technical specifications or descriptions are not as promised, or if the item was damaged or broken during shipping. In that case, we will pay for return shipping in the original packaging. You are responsible for repackaging the item in the same original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during return.
We offer credit for an exchange or replacement with another C&J product of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the item in its original packaging and the shipping costs of the replacement item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be carefully repackaged in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you have requested a replacement item, we will ship it to the same address once the inspection is complete and the return is accepted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items on sale at regular price
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Transport
To return your product, you should send your product by reliable courier service such as ESTAFETA MEXICANA, UPS, DHL or FEDEX to: Julio Michel Barboza, Sevilla 98, Santa Anita, Tlaquepaque, JAL, 45600, Mexico.
You will be responsible for insuring and paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live and product availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
